These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tendril website at tendril.uk and, when available, the Tendril mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Service is operated by Tendril Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17209949).

1. About the Service

Tendril is a wellbeing, reflection, and career transition support platform. It is not a medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, recruitment, or crisis support service.

Tendril does not provide therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, clinical assessment, or employment advice of any kind. Any guidance or insights provided through the Service, including AI-generated content, are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency/crisis support service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tendril. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Early access

Tendril is currently in development. Access to the Service or early access list is offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

4. AI-generated content

Portions of the Service may use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate responses, prompts, reflections, or other content.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Tendril makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.

You remain solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of the Service.
